Frances Marie Graham

We lost our beloved Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother today June 22, 2026.

Frances Marie Graham (Fran) was born October 10, 1941, in Gallagher, West Virginia. Moved to Washington state when she was 13 years old with her sister and brother-in-law, Corrine and John Taylor. She loved the evergreen state but in her heart, West Virginia was always home.

Fran tells the story that she first saw Harley Graham working in a field in West Virginia. Both families moved to Washington where they officially met and fell in love. Marrying in Quilcene on July 25, 1959. They settled in Port Townsend making it their home where they raised their four children.

Some of Fran's favorite things to do were bowling, playing bingo, camping at the Elwha River, and family picnics with baseball games over the years. In her honor we had an old-time family picnic last August with 150 people coming, it was a dream come true for her.

Fran's faith was one of the most important things to her. She could always see God's love in everything around her. She has shown that love to all her family. Fran belonged to the San Juan Baptist Church for over 50 years. Sometimes volunteering at vacation bible school, or a Sunday school class.

Fran was known throughout her family and friends for great baking skills. Spoon cake being one of the favorites by all. She would get requests for it at every family gathering or birthday party.

The most important thing to Fran was her family. She is survived by her four children, Linda Boyd (Jerry), Rory Graham, Terry Graham, Sandra Neet (Ed). Six grandchildren, Thomas Boyd, Shiann Boyd (Paul), Samantha Neet (Josh), Chad Neet (Kendra), Grace Cummins (Cameron), Jalene Graham. Nine great grandchildren, Karson, Damien, Miles, Aliyah, Simon, Jaxn, Brody, Kash, and Braxton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley Graham. Her parents Norman and Zonie Taylor. One brother and six sisters.

Our world will be forever changed without her.
